Since each felted wool pet is customized by hand, the process takes some time. We anticipate a turnaround time of 1-3 months and an additional 1-4 weeks for shipping (depending on your location), thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will keep in touch with you throughout the entire production process after you submit your order. We will send you videos and pictures of each small step we complete for review. If you have any concerns, we will discuss them and make changes to ensure that the felted wool looks exactly like your pet. We are committed to attention to detail and capturing your pet's unique details, and we offer unlimited free revisions until you are satisfied!

Please note that while we do our best to accurately portray your pet's likeness, a portion of the colors may vary slightly due to differences in electronic device displays. Additionally, the texture of the wool material and the limitations of needle felting techniques may prevent a 100% accurate match. However, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Clear photos are essential: front view, right side view, left side view, back view, and a close-up of the face that best captures its expression. High-quality photos are very helpful to us and allow us to present your beloved pet in the best possible light. You can upload the photos when placing your order, and we will contact you via email after you place your order.

Of course, the seller can make any animal, such as rabbits, birds, horses, and more, not just cats and dogs.

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before we start processing your order), we will give you a full refund.

Once we begin processing your order, it is no longer possible to cancel as a great deal of time and materials have been invested in creating your pet's unique portrait.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as each portrait is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece, crafted with care and attention to detail.

We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have, however due to the customized nature of each felted wool pet and the amount of time and effort put into creating your unique likeness, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to make any changes to the details, you can send your felted wool pet back to us at your own expense and we will be happy to make the required changes to ensure it meets your expectations.
