    Select the item you want to customize, place your order, and upload a photo of your pet on the order page!

    Approve your custom pet art

    We will contact you via email within 3-6 hours after placing your order to confirm the relevant pet customization and delivery time. During the production process, we will keep in touch with you and send you videos and pictures after each small step is completed for your review.

    Cherish them forever!

1. Nose, mouth, and eyes

The nose, mouth, and eyes of each wool felt pet are also handmade, paired with German hand-blown glass eyes, and the iris details are finished with food-grade epoxy resin.

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order

As each Wool Friend is handmade, the process takes time.Our current estimated turnaround time is 3-10 months for completion (refer to the product page for specific estimates)with an additional 2-4 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
3. How are wooly friend made?

Each wool Friend is custom-made exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft woolNeedle felting involves compressing wool fibers together by hand to create specific textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each wool Friend are also handmade. Full-body wool Friends include a wireframe to support the stability and mobility of the paws and tail.
4. How do we make sure your are happy with your wooly friend?

Throughout the production process, we'll send you pictures and videos for review. If you have any concerns, we'll discuss and make modifications to ensure your wooly Friend closely resembles your pet. We pay attention to detail and strive toc apture your pet's unique qualities.Please note that while we do our best to accurately depict your pet's likeness, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in electronic device displays. Additionally, the texture of wool material and limitations of the needle felting technique may prevent a 100% exact match.
5. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.
6. How can I have my pet's real fur added into the portrait?

Upon request, we can incorporate your pet's real fur, ash, whiskers, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we'll provide you with a mailing address for sending them.
